Cllr Richard Marbrow of Liverpool City Council wins DVD Player in prize draw

In return for completing a short questionnaire, the Alliance offered delegates at the recent LGA Conference the opportunity to win a DVD player and the top 10 DVDs. Congratulations to Cllr Richard Marbrow of Liverpool City Council who was first out of the hat.

The event was a huge success with over 400 delegates completing the survey which asked for their views on counterfeiting and piracy and whether they felt national legislation was needed to better regulate local markets. 90% of respondents felt national legislation was needed.
