Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association
ELSPA represents almost all the major companies concerned with the publishing and distribution of interactive leisure and entertainment software in the UK. ELSPA works to protect, promote and provide for the interests of all its members, as well as addressing issues that affect the industry as a whole.




Entertainment Retailers Association
The Entertainment Retailers Association is a UK trade organisation formed specifically to act as a forum for the retail and wholesale sectors of the music, video, DVD and Multimedia products industry. It communicates and negotiates with government departments and local authorities on behalf of its members, monitors legislation affecting its members and opposes any legislation which might be contrary to members’ interests.




Federation Against Copyright Theft
FACT is the enforcement wing of the audio-visual industry.  Its primary purpose is to protect the United Kingdom’s film and broadcasting industry against counterfeiting, copyright and trade mark infringements.





Film Distributors Association
Film Distributors' Association Ltd. (FDA) is the trade body for theatrical film distributors in the UK - the companies that release films for UK cinema audiences, representing a distribution stance in regular representations to and consultations with the UK Film Council, the government and other trade organisations in the film industry.
